Armies of flowers parade
Climbing hillsides of white jade
White plums outshine the winter moon
Radiance so bright day and night wed
Till blasts burst all skies
Flames rise so high
They scorch my orbital eyes
I build them back and scan the stars
Searching for old friends
Below I see a planet
Half ice, half dust;
Swollen seas and pitted plains
Black trees on white ground
Letters in a book
No one can read
The colors are gone
Where is my blue world?
